Revenue Requirements Application

O  R  D  E  R

WHEREAS:

A.       On March 13, 2013, by Order G-35-13, the British Columbia Utilities Commission (Commission) issued a Regulatory Timetable for the review of Hemlock Utility Services Ltd.’s (Hemlock or Utility) Revenue Requirements Application (Application) which provided for, among other things, Intervener Information Requests (IRs) and the Utility responses;

B.       Pursuant to the Regulatory Timetable established under Order G-35-13, Interveners were required to file their first round of IRs by Monday, April 15, 2013, and the Utility was required to respond by Friday, April 26, 2013;

C.       Pursuant to the Commission’s Document Filing Protocols, Interveners are required to send their IRs to the Utility in addition to filing them with the Commission;

D.       It has come to the Commission’s attention that the Interveners omitted to provide the Utility with their IRs, such that the Utility did not respond;

E.        Therefore, in order to provide the Utility with sufficient time to respond to the Intervener’s first round of IRs the Commission considers revising the Regulatory Timetable necessary and in the public interest.

NOW THEREFORE the Commission orders that the Revised Regulatory Timetable for the review of the Application is as set out in Appendix A to this Order.
