Re:  An Application by Pacific Northern Gas Ltd.

and Pacific Northern Gas (N.E.) Ltd. (PNG Consolidated)

British Columbia Utilities Commission (Commission) Order G-196-12 established a Regulatory Timetable for the review of the PNG Consolidated Application for 2012 Pension and Non-Pension Benefits.

On February 26, 2013, PNG filed a letter requesting a variance to the Regulatory Timetable and proposed revised deadlines for information requests, information responses and argument submissions.  On February 26, 2013, the British Columbia Pensioners’ and Seniors’ Organization, Active Support Against Poverty, BC Coalition of People with Disabilities, Counsel of Senior Citizens’ Organizations of BC, and the Tenant Resource and Advisory Centre (collectively the BCPSO et al.), a registered intervener in this proceeding filed an email in support of PNG’s proposed revisions to the Regulatory Timetable.

The Commission Panel has reviewed PNG’s request and the BCPSO’s comment and issues the Amended Regulatory Timetable that is attached as Appendix A.
