O R D E R
WHEREAS:
A. By Order E-13-14 dated May 22, 2014, the British Columbia Utilities Commission (Commission) approved the Corix Multi Utility Services Inc. (Corix) Annual Contracting Plan (ACP) for propane supply to Panorama Mountain Village (PMV) for the period of July 1, 2014 to June 30, 2015;
B. On June 12, 2014, Corix filed responses to a request for quotation from propane delivery companies and its recommendation for supplier selection;
C. On June 12, 2014, Corix filed with the Commission an executed propane supply agreement for PMV between Cal-Gas Inc. and Corix for the period from July 1, 2014 to June 30, 2015 (Agreement);
D. Corix requested that the filings and associated documents remain confidential due to their commercially sensitive nature; and
E. The Commission reviewed the filings and is satisfied that the Agreement is consistent with the Annual Contracting Plan and is in the public interest.
NOW THEREFORE pursuant to section 71 of the Utilities Commission Act and the British Columbia Utilities Commission’s Rules for Energy Supply Contracts, the Commission accepts for filing the executed agreement between Cal-Gas Inc. and Corix Multi Utility Services Inc. for the period from July 1, 2014 to June 30, 2015. The Commission will keep the filing confidential as requested by Corix to protect commercially sensitive information.
