O R D E R
WHEREAS:
A. On September 25, 2013, FortisBC Energy (Vancouver Island) Inc. (FEVI) filed for approval of interim and permanent delivery rates effective January 1, 2014 (Application) pursuant to sections 59 to 61 and 89 of the Utilities Commission Act (UCA) and the Special Direction to the British Columbia Utilities Commission (Commission) pursuant to Order in Council 1510 (Special Direction);
B. By Order G-65-14 dated May 23, 2014, the Commission issued its Decision on the proceeding;
C. Between March 27, 2014 and April 1, 2014, the following Interveners filed applications for Participant Assistance/Cost Award (PACA) funding:
• British Columbia Pensioners’ and Seniors’ Organization, et al. (BCPSO);
• Commercial Energy Consumers Association of British Columbia (CEC);
D. By letter dated May 30, 2014 to the Commission, FEVI submitted that it has no comments on the amounts submitted on the PACA applications so long as the Commission has no concerns with the time identified or the amounts applied for by the Interveners;
E. The Commission has reviewed the PACA applications with regard to the criteria and rates set out in the PACA Guidelines in Commission Order G-72-07 and concludes that the cost awards should be approved for the PACA applications in the proceeding.
NOW THEREFORE pursuant to section 118(1) of the Utilities Commission Act, the Commission orders as follows:
1. The British Columbia Pensioners’ and Seniors’ Organization, et al. (BCPSO) and the Commercial Energy Consumers Association of British Columbia (CEC) are awarded funds in the following amounts for their participation in this proceeding.

2. FortisBC Energy (Vancouver Island) Inc. is directed to reimburse the above noted Interveners for the amounts that have been awarded in a timely manner.
