O  R  D  E  R

 

WHEREAS:

 

A.      By letter dated February 1, 2014, Registered Intervener, Mr. John Hurd, applied for reconsideration of Order G-186-13 and the Commission decision related to approving BC Hydro’s interim fees for Legacy and Radio‑off Meters (Reconsideration Application);

 

B.      By Commission Letter L-9-14, the Commission initiated Phase I of the two-phase process for the Reconsideration Application.  All parties were invited to comment according to the following timetable:

                     i.            All parties to file their comments by Tuesday, February 11, 2014, and

                   ii.            Mr. Hurd may respond to Participants’ comments by Friday, February 14, 2014;

 

C.      By letter dated February 5, 2014, Registered Intervener Mr. Andy Shadrack, on behalf of Area D, RDCK, requested either (i) an amendment to the February 7, 2014 Intervener Final Submission deadline date; or in the alternative, (ii) seven working days from February 7, to provide comments to the Reconsideration Application;

 

D.      The Commission Panel reviewed Mr. Shadrack’s request and by Order G-15-14 dated February 6, 2014, granted an extension of the filing dates for the Reconsideration application as follows:  Participants are to file their comments with the Commission by Friday, February 14 and Mr. Hurd is to file his reply, if any, by Thursday, February 20.  The Panel also determined that the Amended Regulatory Timetable setting the Final Submission and Reply Submission as determined in Appendix B that is attached to Order G-186-13 will not be revised;

 

 

E.       By email dated February 7, 2014, Mr. Hurd requested an extension to the reply date of February 20 advising the Commission that he would be unavailable to reply by that date;

 

F.       By email dated February 11, 2014, Mr. Hurd provided a further request for an extension of the reply date to February 28, 2014;

 

G.     The Commission Panel has considered the matter and accepts Mr. Hurd’s request as reasonable.

 

 

NOW THEREFORE the Commission approves an extension to the Reply date on the Reconsideration application to Friday, February 28, 2014.
