Request to Extend Filing Deadline for the 2012/13 Annual Contracting Plans

 

In British Columbia Utilities Commission (Commission) Letter L-69-11, dated September 1, 2011, the Commission accepted the FortisBC Energy Inc. (FEI) 2011/12 Annual Contracting Plan (ACP) and directed FEI to file the 2012/2013 FEI ACP by April 1, 2012.

 

In Commission Letter L-74-11, dated September 19, 2011, the Commission accepted the FortisBC Energy (Vancouver Island) Inc. (FEVI) 2011/12 Annual Contracting Plan (ACP) and directed FEVI to file the 2012/2013 FEVI ACP by April 1, 2012.

 

Further to your December 13, 2011 request to extend the 2012/2013 ACP filing deadline to May 1, 2012 for both the FEI and FEVI 2012/2013 ACPs, please be advised that the Commission approves the requested filing deadline extension.
