A Filing for Approval of the Propane Supply Agreement Between

FortisBC Energy Inc. and Superior Gas Liquids

O  R  D  E  R

WHEREAS:

A.       On March 19, 2014, FortisBC Energy Inc. (FEI) filed with the British Columbia Utilities Commission (Commission) for approval of a Propane Supply Agreement between FEI and Superior Gas Liquids for the Revelstoke Service Area for the period from April 1, 2014 to March 31, 2016 (Agreement);

B.       FEI has requested that the filing, Agreement and associated documents remain confidential due to their commercially sensitive nature; and

C.       The Commission reviewed the FEI filing and is satisfied that the Agreement between FEI and Superior Gas Liquids is consistent with the most recent annual contracting plan and in the public interest.

NOW THEREFORE pursuant to section 71 of the of the Utilities Commission Act and the Commission’s Rules for Natural Gas Energy Supply Contracts, the Commission approves the proposed Propane Supply Agreement between FortisBC Energy Inc. and Superior Gas Liquids, as filed with the Commission on March 19, 2014.  FortisBC Energy Inc. is to file the executed copy of the Agreement with the Commission within 30 days of the date of this Order.  The Commission will keep the filing and Agreement confidential as requested to protect commercially sensitive information.
