O R D E R
WHEREAS:
A. On May 6, 2014, Corix Multi Utility Services Inc. (Corix) filed with the British Columbia Utilities Commission (Commission) an Annual Contracting Plan for propane supply to Panorama Mountain Village (Panorama) for the period of July 1, 2014 to June 30, 2015 (the Filing);
B. In the Filing, Corix sets out its tender process, Request for Quotation documents and price risk management strategy for securing competitive propane delivery service for Panorama;
C. Corix requested that the details of the Filing be kept confidential due to their commercially sensitive nature; and
D. The Commission reviewed the Filing by Corix and determines that the Annual Contracting Plan is appropriate and in the public interest.
NOW THEREFORE pursuant to section 71 of the Utilities Commission Act, the British Columbia Utilities Commission accepts the proposed Annual Contracting Plan for Corix Multi Utility Services Inc.’s intended Panorama propane purchases. The Commission will keep confidential the Filing as well as any responses by suppliers and related information filed by Corix as requested to protect its commercially sensitive nature.
