for Evergreen Industries Ltd.

O  R  D  E  R

 

WHEREAS:

 

A.      On January 12, 2015, FortisBC Energy Inc. (FEI) and Evergreen Industries Ltd. (Evergreen) entered into a Fueling Services Agreement (Evergreen Agreement) which establishes rates for Evergreen to receive Compressed Natural Gas (CNG) fueling service from the CNG Station located at the FEI Victoria Regional Office facility in Langford (Langford CNG Station);

 

B.      On January 27, 2015, FEI applied to the British Columbia Utilities Commission (Commission), pursuant to sections 59 to 61 of the Utilities Commission Act, for interim  and permanent approval of the rates for service established in the Evergreen Agreement, which includes the Total Dispensing Rate that will apply to Evergreen for CNG fueling service from the Langford CNG Station, effective January 12, 2015 and permanent (Application);

 

C.      The Commission reviewed the Application and determines that the Evergreen Agreement and the rates established therein for CNG supply from the Langford CNG Station be approved.

 

NOW THEREFORE pursuant to sections 59 to 61 of the Utilities Commission Act, the British Columbia Utilities Commission orders as follows:

 

1.       The rates for service established in the Evergreen Agreement, which includes the Total Dispensing Rate that will apply to Evergreen Industries Ltd. for CNG fueling service from the Langford CNG Station, are approved effective January 12, 2015.

 

 

2.       FortisBC Energy Inc. is to file the Evergreen Agreement in tariff supplement form on a timely basis for endorsement by the Commission.
