O R D E R
WHEREAS:
A. By Letter L-40-14 dated July 17, 2014, the British Columbia Utilities Commission (Commission) accepted the Fortis BC Energy Inc. (FEI) 2014/15 Annual Contracting Plan;
B. On February 17, 2015, pursuant to section 71 of the Utilities Commission Act, FEI filed with the Commission for approval an executed copy of the renewed Mist Storage Agreement E between Northwest Natural Gas Company and FEI (the Filing);
C. FEI requests that the Filing and associated documents remain confidential due to their commercially sensitive nature;
D. The Commission reviewed the Filing and is satisfied that the gas storage agreement is consistent with the 2014/15 Annual Contracting Plan objectives, is in the public interest and that the Filing and associated documents should be kept confidential.
NOW THEREFORE pursuant to section 71 of the Utilities Commission Act and the British Columbia Utilities Commission’s Rules for Natural Gas Energy Supply Contracts, the Commission accepts for filing the Mist Storage Agreement E between Northwest Natural Gas Company and FortisBC Energy Inc. The Commission will keep the Filing and associated documents confidential as requested by FortisBC Energy Inc. as it contains commercially sensitive information.
