O R D E R
WHEREAS:
A. On November 28, 2014, Creative Energy Vancouver Platforms Inc. (Creative Energy) filed its 2015-2017 Revenue Requirements Application (Application) with the British Columbia Utilities Commission (Commission);
B. By Order G-198-14, the Commission established the regulatory timetable for review of the Application, which included a single round of information requests (IRs);
C. The regulatory timetable was further amended in Order G-33-15 to include a second round of IRs;
D. By the Commission’s letter dated March 27, 2015, the remainder of the regulatory timetable was suspended subject to further consideration by the Commission; and
E. The Commission now considers it necessary to lift the suspension and to finalize the remainder of the regulatory timetable to accommodate the final submissions from all parties.
NOW THEREFORE the Commission orders as follows:
1. The final submissions are to be filed in accordance with the following regulatory timetable:
