O R D E R
WHEREAS:
A. On April 13, 2015, Templeton DOC Limited Partnership (Templeton LP) filed an application for exemption from Part 3 of the Utilities Commission Act in relation to Templeton’s proposed re-sale of natural gas purchased by Templeton LP from FortisBC Energy Inc. for certain tenants of the McArthur Glen Designer Regional Outlet Centre at Vancouver International Airport (Outlet Centre);
B. In the Application, Templeton LP requests that the British Columbia Utilities Commission (Commission) expedite its consideration of this application as Templeton LP is proceeding with the construction of the Outlet Centre; and
C. The Commission reviewed the Application in relation to the resale of natural gas and determines that additional information is required. After evaluating the information received, the Commission can review the application.
NOW THEREFORE the British Columbia Utilities Commission orders that the application for exemption will be reviewed in accordance with the regulatory timetable set out in Appendix A to this order.
