Re:  FortisBC Energy Inc.

Biomethane Variance Account - 2015 First Quarter Report

 

Further to FortisBC Energy Inc.’s (FEI) February 13, 2015 filing of the 2015 First Quarter Report on the Biomethane Variance Account (BVA) and Biomethane Energy Recovery Charge (BERC), the British Columbia Utilities Commission acknowledges receipt of the First Quarter Report and accepts the recommendation that the BERC rate remain unchanged at April 1, 2015.

 

The Commission also acknowledges FEI’s update on the intended date of filing of a proposed rate methodology for the BERC and requests that FEI file this application by June 30, 2015 as stated by FEI in the First Quarter Report.

 

The Commission will hold confidential the information in Pages 4.1 to Page 4.4 in Tab 1 of the First Quarter Report as requested by FEI.
