O R D E R
WHEREAS:
A. By Letter L-25-15 dated June 25, 2015, the British Columbia Utilities Commission (Commission) approved the Corix Multi-Utility Services Inc. (Corix) Annual Contracting Plan (ACP) for propane supply to Panorama Mountain Village (PMV) for the contract year commencing on July 15, 2015;
B. On July 17, 2015, Corix filed results of the request for quotations for propane supply to PMV and the Panorama Supply Agreement for the period July 2015 – June 2017 (Agreement);
C. On July 30, 2015, Corix filed responses to Commission information requests;
D. On July 31, 2015, Corix filed a revised Agreement for the period beginning August 1, 2015 and ending June 30, 2017 (Revised Agreement);
E. Corix requested that the filing and associated documents remain confidential due to their commercially sensitive nature; and
F. The Commission reviewed the filing and is satisfied that the Revised Agreement is in the public interest.
NOW THEREFORE pursuant to section 71 of the Utilities Commission Act and the British Columbia Utilities Commission’s Rules for Energy Supply Contracts, the Commission accepts for filing the executed agreement between Superior Propane and Corix Multi-Utility Services Inc. for the period August 1, 2015 to June 30, 2017. The Commission will keep documents associated with the filing confidential as requested by Corix to protect commercially sensitive information.
