An Application for Approval of Rates and Contract for Compressed Natural Gas Fueling Service

from the CNG Fueling Station, Located at FEI’s Victoria Regional Office Facility in Langford,

for The Corporation of the City of Victoria

O  R  D  E  R

WHEREAS:

A.      On May 6, 2015, FortisBC Energy Inc. (FEI) and the Corporation of the City of Victoria (City of Victoria) entered into a Fueling Services Agreement (City of Victoria Agreement), which establishes terms and rates for FEI’s provision of the Compressed Natural Gas (CNG) fueling service from the CNG station located at FEI’s Victoria Regional Office facility in Langford (Langford CNG Station);

B.      On June 10, 2015, FEI applied to the British Columbia Utilities Commission (Commission), pursuant to sections 59 to 61 of the Utilities Commission Act, for interim and permanent approval of the rates established in the City of Victoria Agreement, effective June 1, 2015 (Application); and

C.      On the same date, FEI filed an email with the Commission stating its withdrawl of the Application. Due to an administrative error, the withdrawal was overlooked and Order G-110-15 was issued in response to the Application.


NOW THEREFORE
pursuant to section 99 of the Utilities Commission Act, the Commission rescinds Order G-110-15. The approvals and directives outlined within the order are null and void, and per FortisBC Energy Inc.’s request, the application is withdrawn.
