O R D E R
WHEREAS:
A. On April 29, 2015, FortisBC Alternative Energy Services Inc. (FAES) filed to the British Commission Utilities Commission (Commission), a Revenue Requirements and Cost of Service Rate calculation for Thermal Energy Services to the Delta School District (the Application). FAES calculates the forecast cost of service rate for the 2015/16 fiscal year to be $0.184 per KWh;
B. By Order G-85-15 establishing a Regulatory Timetable, the Commission included a written review process with one round of information requests (IR) and responses;
C. By its Letter dated June 22, 2015, the Commission granted an extension for FAES to file its IR responses. The Commission also suspended the remainder of the regulatory timetable;
D. On June 23, 2015, FAES filed its IR responses to the Commission and also to the intervener. On June 26, 2015, FAES filed an errata to Commission IR 1.2.8;
E. The Commission finds that a second round of IRs is necessary and in the public interest.
NOW THEREFORE the Commission orders that the remainder of the hearing process shall proceed in accordance with the timetable set out below:
