Service to Waste Management of Canada Corporation from the CNG Fueling Station,
Located at FEI’s Victoria Regional Office Facility in Langford

O R D E R
WHEREAS:
A. On May 28, 2015, FortisBC Energy Inc. (FEI) and Waste Management of Canada Corporation (Waste Management) entered into a Fueling Services Agreement (Waste Management Agreement) which establishes rates for Waste Management to receive compressed natural gas (CNG) fueling service from the CNG Station located at FEI’s Victoria Regional Office facility in Langford, British Columbia;
B. On October 7, 2015, FEI applied to the British Columbia Utilities Commission (Commission), pursuant to sections 59 to 61 of the Utilities Commission Act, for approval of the rates for service established in the Waste Management Agreement on an interim and permanent basis, effective June 1, 2015 (Application); and
C. The Commission has reviewed and considered the Application and determines that the rates for CNG service should be approved.
NOW THEREFORE pursuant to sections 59 to 61 of the Utilities Commission Act, the Commission orders that:
1. The rates established in the Waste Management Agreement are approved on a permanent basis, effective June 1, 2015.
2. FortisBC Energy Inc. is to file the Waste Management Agreement in tariff supplement form on a timely basis for endorsement by the Commission.
