Application for Approval of Rates for Compressed Natural Gas (CNG) Fueling

Service to Wilson’s Transportation Ltd. from the CNG Fueling Station,

Located at FEI’s Victoria Regional Office Facility in Langford

O  R  D  E  R

WHEREAS:

 

A.      On July 20, 2015, FortisBC Energy Inc. (FEI) and Wilson’s Transportation Ltd. (Wilson’s Transportation) entered into a Fueling Services Agreement (Wilson’s Transportation Agreement) which establishes rates for Wilson’s Transportation to receive compressed natural gas (CNG) fueling service from the CNG Station located at FEI’s Victoria Regional Office facility in Langford, British Columbia;

B.      On October 7, 2015, FEI applied to the British Columbia Utilities Commission (Commission), pursuant to sections 59 to 61 of the Utilities Commission Act, for approval of the rates for service established in the Wilson’s Transportation Agreement on an interim and permanent basis, effective July 21, 2015 (Application); and

C.      The Commission has reviewed and considered the Application and determines that the rates for CNG service should be approved.

 

NOW THEREFORE pursuant to sections 59 to 61 of the Utilities Commission Act, the Commission orders that:

 

1.       The rates established in the Wilson’s Transportation Agreement are approved on a permanent basis, effective July 21, 2015.

2.       FortisBC Energy Inc. is to file the Wilson’s Transportation Agreement in tariff supplement form on a timely basis for endorsement by the Commission.
