O R D E R
WHEREAS:
A. On August 14, 2015, FortisBC Energy Inc. (FEI) and the Emterra Group (Emterra) entered into a Fueling Services Agreement (Emterra Agreement) which establishes rates for Emterra to receive compressed natural gas (CNG) fueling service from the CNG Station located at FEI’s Victoria Regional Office facility in Langford, British Columbia;
B. On October 7, 2015, FEI applied to the British Columbia Utilities Commission (Commission), pursuant to sections 59 to 61 of the Utilities Commission Act, for approval of the rates for service established in the Emterra Agreement on an interim and permanent basis, effective August 14, 2015 (Application); and
C. The Commission has reviewed and considered the Application and determines that the rates for CNG service should be approved.
NOW THEREFORE pursuant to sections 59 to 61 of the Utilities Commission Act, the Commission orders that:
1. The rates established in the Emterra Agreement are approved on a permanent basis, effective August 14, 2015.
2. FortisBC Energy Inc. is to file the Emterra Agreement in tariff supplement form on a timely basis for endorsement by the Commission.
