Amendment to the 2015/2016 Annual Contracting Plan

 

On November 23, 2015, FortisBC Energy Inc. (FEI) filed for acceptance an amendment to its 2015/2016 Annual Contracting Plan (ACP). FEI’s ACP outlines its strategy to contract for gas commodity, storage, and pipeline transportation resources to meet the peak day and annual demand for core market customers.

 

The British Columbia Utilities Commission reviewed the filing and accepts the amendment to the 2015/2016 ACP as in the public interest.

 

As requested, the Commission will hold the filing confidential due to its commercially sensitive nature, the disclosure of which could impact FEI’s ability to obtain favourable commercial terms for future natural gas supply contracts on behalf of its core market customers.
