O R D E R
WHEREAS:
A. On June 26, 2015, Pacific Northern Gas Ltd. and Pacific Northern Gas (N.E.) Ltd. (collectively, PNG) filed an Application for Acceptance of the 2015 Consolidated Energy Management and Efficiency Program Funding Plan (Application) pursuant to section 44.2 of the Utilities Commission Act (UCA);
B. By Order G-115-15 dated July 7, 2015, the Commission established a written hearing process and a regulatory timetable with two rounds of information requests to review the Application;
C. The British Columbia Old Age Pensioners' Organization et al. (BCOAPO) and B.C. Sustainable Energy Association and the Sierra Club of British Columbia (BCSEA) registered as interveners in the Application and filed information requests and final argument;
D. On October 19, 2015, PNG filed its reply argument;
E. On November 3, 2015 BCOAPO filed an application for Participant Assistance Cost Awards (PACA) totalling $7,722.70;
F. On November 10, 2015, BCSEA filed an application for PACA totalling $7,197.49;
G. On November 13, 2015, PNG provided comments to the Commission on the PACA applications;
H. On December 16, 2015, the Commission issued Order G-203-15A with regards to the PNG Application; and
I. The Commission reviewed the PACA applications with regard to the criteria and rates set out in the PACA Guidelines appended to Commission Order G-72-07, and considered PNG’s comments.
NOW THEREFORE, pursuant to section 118 (1) of the Utilities Commission Act, the Commission orders as follows:
1. Funding is awarded to the following interveners for their participation in the Pacific Northern Gas Ltd. and Pacific Northern Gas (N.E.) Ltd. (collectively, PNG) 2015 Consolidated Energy Management and Efficiency Program Funding Plan proceeding as follows:
British Columbia Old Age Pensioners’ Organization et al. |

B.C. Sustainable Energy Association and the Sierra Club of British Columbia |
$7,197.49 |
2. PNG is directed to reimburse the above participants for the respective amounts that have been awarded in a timely manner.
