Rate Application for Seascapes Grid System

ORDER
WHEREAS:
A. On February 17, 2016, Superior Propane filed with the British Columbia Utilities Commission (Commission) a rate application for the Seascapes grid system seeking approval of its tariff and changes to its rate schedule (Application);
B. In the Application, Superior Propane requested approval to change its basic charge and facility fee;
C. On February 23, 2016, by way of Order G-21-16, the Commission established a preliminary regulatory timetable for the review of the Application, which included one round of information requests;
D. The Commission has reviewed the evidentiary record to date and finds that a second round of information requests is warranted.
NOW THEREFORE the British Columbia Utilities Commission orders as follows:
1. Further review of the Superior Propane Rate Application for the Seascapes Grid System shall proceed in accordance with the Regulatory Timetable set out in Appendix A to this order.
2. Written submissions on further regulatory process from all parties should be made in writing to the Commission on or before Tuesday, June 14, 2016. All parties may reply to each other’s submissions on or before Friday, June 17, 2016.
