Fueling Service from the Liquefied Natural Gas Fueling Station located at Cool Creek Energy Ltd.

ORDER

WHEREAS:

 

A.      On July 4, 2016, FortisBC Energy Inc. (FEI) applied to the British Columbia Utilities Commission (Commission), pursuant to sections 59 to 61 and 89 of the Utilities Commission Act (UCA), for among other things, interim and permanent approval of the rates for service established in the fueling services agreement between FEI and Denwill Enterprises Inc. (Denwill), effective February 1, 2016 (Application);

B.      On March 31, 2016, FEI and Denwill entered into a fueling services agreement which establishes the terms, conditions and rates for Denwill to receive Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) fueling service from the LNG station located at Cool Creek Energy Ltd. in Kamloops, British Columbia;

C.      The Commission has reviewed and considered the Application and determines that permanent rates for LNG service between FEI and Denwill should be approved.

 

NOW THEREFORE pursuant to sections 59 to 61 of the Utilities Commission Act, the British Columbia Utilities Commission orders as follows:

 

1.       The rates established in the fueling services agreement between FortisBC Energy Inc. and Denwill Enterprises Inc. are approved on a permanent basis, effective July 4, 2016.


2.       FortisBC Energy Inc. is to file the fueling services agreement between FortisBC Energy Inc. and Denwill Enterprises Inc. in tariff supplement form for endorsement by the Commission within 30 days of the date of this order.
