ORDER

WHEREAS:

 

A.       On September 7, 2016, the British Columbia Utilities Commission (Commission) received a letter from British Columbia Hydro and Power Authority (BC Hydro) requesting an extension to the regulatory timetable to allow additional time to respond to Commission and intervener information requests in the Inquiry to review BC Hydro’s expenditures related to the adoption of the SAP platform (SAP Inquiry);

B.       On September 8, 2016, the Commission issued a letter to participants in the SAP Inquiry proceeding requesting comments on the proposed timetable change;

C.       On September 12, 2016, the Commercial Energy Consumers Association of British Columbia (CEC) and Mr. Adrian Dix, MLA provided comments that they do not oppose BC Hydro’s extension request, with Mr. Adrian Dix including the date of October 28, 2016 for the Procedural Conference due to availability of Mr. Dix’s counsel;

D.       On September 13, 2016, BC Hydro replied that it does not oppose the timetable proposed by Mr. Dix;

E.        No other interveners commented on the proposed timetable changes; and

F.        The Commission considered the submissions received and makes the following determinations with respect to the procedural timetable.

 

NOW THEREFORE the British Columbia Utilities Commission amends the Regulatory Timetable for the SAP Inquiry as set out in Appendix A to this order.
