Application for Approval of the Proposed Supply Contract for Deliveries to Panorama Mountain Village

ORDER

WHEREAS:

 

A.      On July 6, 2017, Corix Multi-Utility Services Inc. (Corix) filed with the British Columbia Utilities Commission (Commission) results of the request for quotations for propane supply to Panorama Mountain Village (PMV) and the proposed supply contract with Superior Propane (Superior) for the period commencing July 1, 2017 and ending June 30, 2019 (Supply Contract). Corix requested Commission approval of the Supply Contract;

B.      By Letter L-8-17 dated June 8, 2017, the Commission accepted the Corix Annual Contracting Plan (ACP) for propane supply to PMV for two years commencing on July 1, 2017;

C.      On July 27, 2017, Corix filed responses to Commission staff questions related to the Supply Contract;

D.      Corix requests that the filing and associated documents remain confidential due to their commercially sensitive nature; and

E.       The Commission has reviewed the filing and is satisfied that the Supply Contract is in the public interest.

 

NOW THEREFORE pursuant to section 71 of the Utilities Commission Act and the British Columbia Utilities Commission’s Rules for Energy Supply Contracts, the Commission accepts for filing, the supply contract between Superior and Corix for the period July 1, 2017 to June 30, 2019. The Commission will keep documents associated with the filing confidential as they contain commercially sensitive information.
