ORDER
WHEREAS:
A. On July 31, 2017, FortisBC Energy Inc. (FEI) applied to the British Columbia Utilities Commission (Commission), pursuant to sections 59 to 61 and 89 of the Utilities Commission Act (UCA), for approval of the rates established in the fueling services agreement between FEI and DanFoss Industries Ltd. (DanFoss) (DanFoss-Mid Island Agreement) on an interim and permanent basis, effective August 1, 2017 (Application);
B. On July 31, 2017, FEI and DanFoss entered into the DanFoss-Mid Island Agreement which establishes the terms, conditions and rates for DanFoss to receive CNG fueling service from the CNG station located at Mid Island Consumer Services Co-operative in Nanaimo; and
C. The Commission has reviewed the Application and determines that the rates should be approved.
NOW THEREFORE pursuant to sections 59 to 61 of the UCA, the Commission orders as follows:
1. The rates established in the DanFoss-Mid Island Agreement between FEI and DanFoss are approved on a permanent basis, effective August 1, 2017.
2. FEI is to file the DanFoss-Mid Island Agreement in tariff supplement form for endorsement by the Commission within 30 days of the date of this order.
