ORDER
WHEREAS:
A. On October 26, 2017, FortisBC Energy Inc. (FEI) applied to the British Columbia Utilities Commission (Commission), pursuant to sections 59 to 61 and 89 of the Utilities Commission Act (UCA), for approval of the rates established in the fueling services agreement between FEI and McRae’s Environmental Ltd. (McRae’s) (McRae’s-Langford Agreement) on an interim and permanent basis, effective November 1, 2017 (Application);
B. On October 5, 2017, FEI and McRae’s entered into the McRae’s-Langford Agreement which established the terms, conditions and rates for McRae’s to receive Compressed Natural Gas (CNG) fueling service from the CNG station located at FEI’s Victoria regional office facility in Langford;
C. On October 31, 2017, Order G-162-17 approved the rates established in the McRae’s-Langford Agreement on an interim basis, effective November 1, 2017; and
D. The Commission has now completed its review of the Application and determines that rates should be approved on a permanent basis.
NOW THEREFORE pursuant to sections 59 to 61 of the UCA, the Commission orders as follows:
1. The rates established in the McRae’s-Langford Agreement are approved on a permanent basis, effective November 1, 2017.
2. FEI is to file the McRae’s-Langford Agreement in tariff supplement form for endorsement by the Commission within 30 days of the date of this order.
