ORDER
WHEREAS:
A. On March 17, 2017, FortisBC Inc. (FBC) filed an Application for Reconsideration and Variance of Order G‑199‑16 (Reconsideration Application) on the basis that the British Columbia Utilities Commission (Commission) erred in matters of fact and law that justify variation of Order G-199-16;
B. The following participants filed Participant Assistance/Cost Award (PACA) applications with the Commission with respect to their participation in the Reconsideration Application proceeding:

$9,119.07 |
Mr. Andy Shadrack |
$2,688.35 |
D. On March 22, 2018, BCSEA-SCBC filed a revised PACA application stating that there has been an erroneous transposition of digits in its cost award application dated December 5, 2017, and sought a correction to the amount of its cost awarded by Order F-13-18 from $14,621.80 to $14,261.80;
E. The Commission has reviewed BCSEA-SCBC’s revised PACA application in accordance with the criteria and rates set out in the PACA Guidelines, attached to Commission Order G-97-17, and concludes that the cost award approved by Order F-13-18 should be varied and the revised cost award submitted by BCSEA-SCBC should be approved.
NOW THEREFORE pursuant to section 99 of the Utilities Commission Act, the Commission orders as follows:
1. The funding awarded to BCSEA-SCBC for its participation in the Reconsideration Application proceeding by Order F-13-18 is varied, and the Commission instead approves funding award of $14,261.80 as requested by BCSEA-SCBC.
2. FBC is directed to reimburse BCSEA-SCBC for the awarded amount in a timely manner.
3. All other directives contained in Order F-13-18 remain effective.
DATED at the City of Vancouver, in the Province of British Columbia, this 28th day of March 2018.
