ORDER
WHEREAS:
A. On May 30, 2018, FortisBC Energy Inc. (FEI) applied to the British Columbia Utilities Commission (BCUC), pursuant to sections 59 to 61 and 89 of the Utilities Commission Act (UCA), for approval of the rates established in the fueling services agreement between FEI and Commercial Logistics (Commercial Logistics Agreement) on an interim and permanent basis, effective June 1, 2018 (Application);
B. On May 28, 2018, FEI and Commercial Logistics entered into the Commercial Logistics Agreement which establishes rates for Commercial Logistics to receive LNG from the LNG station located at Vedder Transport Ltd.’s facility in Abbotsford, BC;
C. The BCUC has reviewed the Application and determines that rates should be approved on a permanent basis.
NOW THEREFORE pursuant to sections 59 to 61 of the UCA, the BCUC orders as follows:
1. The rates established in the Commercial Logistics Agreement are approved, on a permanent basis, effective June 1, 2018.
2. FEI is to file the Commercial Logistics Agreement in tariff supplement form for endorsement by the BCUC within 30 days of the date of this order.
