ORDER
WHEREAS:
A. On May 23, 2018, FortisBC Energy Inc. (FEI) applied to the British Columbia Utilities Commission (BCUC), pursuant to sections 59 to 61 and 89 of the Utilities Commission Act (UCA), for approval of the rates established in the fueling services agreement between FEI and Trimac Transportation Systems L.P. (Trimac) (Trimac-Cool Creek Agreement) on an interim and permanent basis, effective May 25, 2018 (Application);
B. On May 22, 2018, FEI and Trimac entered into the Trimac-Cool Creek Agreement which establishes rates for Trimac to receive LNG from the LNG station located at Cool Creek Energy Ltd.’s facility in Kamloops, BC; and
C. The BCUC has reviewed the Application and determines that rates should be approved on a permanent basis.
NOW THEREFORE pursuant to sections 59 to 61 of the UCA, the BCUC orders as follows:
1. The rates established in the Trimac-Cool Creek Agreement are approved, on a permanent basis, effective May 25, 2018.
2. FEI is to file the Trimac-Cool Creek Agreement in tariff supplement form for endorsement by the BCUC within 30 days of the date of this order.
