Re: British Columbia Hydro and Power Authority – F2017-F2019 Revenue Requirements Application Report on Performance Based Regulation – Request for a Filing Extension
Dear Mr. James:
The British Columbia Utilities Commission (BCUC) writes in response to British Columbia Hydro and Power Authority’s (BC Hydro) letter dated June 14, 2018, requesting a filing extension for its report on Performance Based Regulation (PBR) as required by Directive 28 of the BCUC’s decision on the F2017-F2019 Revenue Requirements Application.
BCUC reviewed BC Hydro’s request and finds it reasonable to extend the filing date for the PBR report to no more than six weeks after the release of the report on the first phase of the British Columbia Government review.
Sincerely,
Original signed by Ian Jarvis
