A.      On July 31, 2018, FortisBC Energy Inc. (FEI) filed with the British Columbia Utilities Commission (BCUC) pursuant to sections 59 to 61 and 89 of the Utilities Commission Act (UCA), an application for approval of the rates established in the fueling services agreement between FEI and P&R Truck Centre. (P&R) (P&R-Mid Island Agreement) on an interim and permanent basis, effective August 3, 2018 (Application);

B.      On July 23, 2018, FEI and P&R entered into the P&R-Mid Island Agreement, which establishes the terms, conditions and rates for P&R to receive Compressed Natural Gas (CNG) fueling service from the CNG station located at Mid Island Consumer Services Co-operative in Nanaimo; and

C.       The BCUC reviewed the Application and considers that approval is warranted.


NOW THEREFORE pursuant to sections 59 to 61 of the UCA, the BCUC orders as follows:


1.       The rates established in the P&R-Mid Island Agreement between FEI and P&R are approved on a permanent basis, effective August 3, 2018.

2.       FEI is to file the P&R-Mid Island Agreement in tariff supplement form for endorsement by the BCUC within 30 days of the date of this order.
