to Peterbilt Pacific Inc. from the LNG Fueling Station Located at Cool Creek Energy Ltd. in Kamloops

ORDER

WHEREAS:

 

A.      On October 1, 2018, FortisBC Energy Inc. (FEI) applied to the British Columbia Utilities Commission (BCUC), pursuant to sections 59 to 61 and 89 of the Utilities Commission Act (UCA), for approval of the rates established in the fueling services agreement between Peterbilt Pacific Inc. (Peterbilt) and FEI (Peterbilt-Cool Creek Agreement) on an interim and permanent basis, effective October 4, 2018 (Application);

B.      On September 25, 2018, FEI and Peterbilt entered into the Peterbilt-Cool Creek Agreement which established rates for Peterbilt to receive Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) from the LNG station located at Cool Creek Energy Ltd.’s facility in Kamloops, British Columbia; and

C.      The BCUC has reviewed the Application and determines that rates should be approved on a permanent basis.

 

NOW THEREFORE pursuant to sections 59 to 61 of the UCA, the BCUC orders as follows:

 

1.       The rates established in the Peterbilt-Cool Creek Agreement are approved, on a permanent basis, effective October 4, 2018.

2.       FEI is to file the Peterbilt-Cool Creek Agreement in tariff supplement form for endorsement by the BCUC within 30 days of the date of this order.
