Dear Mr. Blumes:

 

The British Columbia Utilities Commission (BCUC) writes in response to Stargas Utilities Ltd.’s (Stargas) letter dated October 3, 2019 requesting to rescind its applications dated September 11, 2019, seeking approval to amend its commodity and delivery rates effective November 1, 2019.

 

The BCUC has reviewed Stargas’ letter and finds it is reasonable to accept both Stargas’ request to rescind its applications dated September 11, 2019 and its request for extension to file its next application for a delivery rate with the BCUC no later than March 31, 2020.
