Re: Lake Okanagan Resort – Application for Approval of Interim Rates – Interim Tariff Pages
Dear Mr. Penner:
The British Columbia Utilities Commission (BCUC) writes regarding the Lake Okanagan Resort (LOR) Application
for Approval of Interim Rates (Application). On June 4, 2021, LOR filed revised interim tariff pages, including Terms and Conditions (Tariff) with the BCUC. LOR further amended the Tariff and filed the revised Tariff with the BCUC on June 10, 2021.
On May 27, 2021, the BCUC requested LOR to explain differences between the Strata Corporations included in BCUC Order G-112-21 approving LOR interim rates and the LOR Service Area included in the Tariff. On June 14, 2021, LOR confirmed that all of the following addresses are included in LOR’s Service Area and are customers of the utility:

• Condo #2-2783 N Westside Rd Kelowna, BC;

The BCUC has reviewed LOR’s revised interim Tariff and accepts it as filed.
