Request for Acceptance of Housekeeping Amendments

to the Gas and Electric Tariffs for Sun Rivers and Sonoma Pines

ORDER

WHEREAS:

 

A.      On October 26, 2021, Corix Multi-Utility Services Inc. (Corix) filed an application with the British Columbia Utilities Commission (BCUC) requesting acceptance and endorsement of housekeeping amendments to the Gas and Electric Tariff pages for Sun Rivers and Sonoma Pines. The amendments include updates to the utilities’ names to reflect Corix’s ownership of the utilities, updates to Corix staff names to reflect changes in staff over time, minor grammatical edits, document formatting and updates to page numbering (Application);

B.      By Order G-52-06, the BCUC approved the acquisition by 0745848 B.C. Ltd. of the common shares of Terasen Utility Services Inc. (TUS) from Terasen Inc. (Terasen) resulting in 0745848 B.C. Ltd. having indirect control of Terasen Multi-Utility Services Inc. (TMUS);

C.      By letter dated July 5, 2006, TMUS changed its name to Corix;

D.      The BCUC has reviewed the Application and considers that acceptance of the housekeeping amendments to the Gas and Electric Tariffs for Sun Rivers and Sonoma Pines is warranted.

 

 

 

 

 

NOW THEREFORE the British Columbia Utilities Commission orders as follows:

 

1.         Corix’s request for acceptance and endorsement of the housekeeping amendments to the Gas and Electric Tariffs for Sun Rivers and Sonoma Pines, is approved.

2.         The tariff pages as included with the Application are accepted for filing.
