ORDER

WHEREAS:

 

A.      On December 21, 2021, British Columbia Hydro and Power Authority (BC Hydro) filed its 2021 Integrated Resource Plan Application (Application), pursuant to section 44.1 of the Utilities Commission Act (UCA) and in accordance with Order G-28-21 dated January 27, 2021;

B.      By Order G-71-22 dated March 11, 2022, the British Columbia Utilities Commission (BCUC) established an amended regulatory timetable for the review of the Application, which included one round of information requests (IRs) and further process to be determined;

C.      By letter dated May 2, 2022, BC Sustainable Energy Association and Vancouver Electric Vehicles Association request an extension to the deadline to file IRs from May 3, 2022 to May 10, 2022;

D.      By letter dated May 2, 2022, AMPC requests an extension to the deadline to file IRs from May 3, 2022 to May 5, 2022; and

E.       The BCUC considers an amendment to the regulatory timetable is warranted.

NOW THEREFORE the BCUC orders an amended regulatory timetable is established, as outlined in Appendix A to this order.
