ORDER

WHEREAS:

 

A.      By Order G-66-21 dated March 8, 2021, pursuant to section 82 of the Utilities Commission Act, the British Columbia Utilities Commission (BCUC) established a Generic Cost of Capital (GCOC) Proceeding;

B.      Pursuant to Order G-106-22, the BCUC held an oral hearing from November 7, 2022 to November 9, 2022. At the oral hearing, certain parties in attendance requested an amendment to the regulatory timetable to allow for written information requests (IRs) on undertakings to be filed by FortisBC Energy Inc. (FEI) and FortisBC Inc. (FBC) (collectively “FortisBC”); and

C.      At the oral hearing, the BCUC considered the submissions made by the parties and amended the regulatory timetable.

 

NOW THEREFORE the BCUC confirms the regulatory timetable that was amended at the GOCC oral hearing, as set out in Appendix A to this order.
