ORDER

WHEREAS:

 

A.      On July 6, 2022, FortisBC Inc. (FBC) filed with the British Columbia Utilities Commission (BCUC), pursuant to sections 59 to 61 of the Utilities Commission Act, for approval to establish a new rate and Rate Schedule (RS) 38 for the Large Commercial Interruptible Rate for Large Commercial electricity customers (Application);

B.      By letter dated August 3, 2022, the BCUC requested FBC to, among other things, file supplemental information;

C.      By Order G-226-22 dated August 12, 2022, the BCUC established a regulatory timetable for review of the Application, which included a round of BCUC and intervener information requests (IRs) to FBC (IR No. 1);

D.      The BCUC has reviewed FBC’s responses to IR No. 1 and determines that a further regulatory timetable is warranted.

 


 

NOW THEREFORE the BCUC establishes a further regulatory timetable for the review of the Application, as set out in Appendix A to this order.
