Dear Mr. Otto:

 

Pursuant to British Columbia Utilities Commission (BCUC) Decision and Order G-339-22, on December 20, 2022, Pacific Northern Gas Ltd. and Pacific Northern Gas (N.E.) Ltd. (collectively, PNG) filed a letter, in part to address the BCUC’s request that PNG expand on its reasoning for requesting the following information be held confidential:

 

•         The forecast number of customers of the Smart Energy program;

•         The forecast quantity of Low Carbon Energy to be sold; and

•         The forecast revenue from sales of Low Carbon Energy.

 

In response to the Order G-339-22 request above, PNG filed a proposed redacted version of Appendix H to the Application, making public the information regarding forecast numbers of customers, delivery volumes, and forecast revenues of its Smart Energy Program.

 

The BCUC has reviewed PNG’s filing dated December 20, 2022 and considers the above request from Order
G-339-22 to be satisfied. The BCUC accepts the redacted version of Appendix H to the Application as filed and will hold the redacted information confidential pursuant to Order E-7-22.
