(ARC) for service to its Sunrise Gas Plant, and Electric Tariff Supplement No. 105 (TS 105), between BC Hydro and Cutbank Ridge Partnership (CRP) for service to its Kiskatinaw River natural gas facilities (Application);

B.      ARC has requested an increase in Contract Demand in order to increase production at its Sunrise gas processing plant located near Progress, British Columbia;

1.       TS 104 and TS 105 are approved effective as of the date of this Order.

2.       The BCUC will keep the Application confidential as it contains customer specific and other commercially sensitive information; and

3.       BC Hydro is directed to refile TS 104 and TS 105 with the commencement date and signatures, for endorsement by the BCUC within 30 days of the issuance of this order.
