ORDER

WHEREAS:

 

A.      On December 2, 2022, Nelson Hydro filed an application for reconsideration and variance of Decision and Order G-196-22 pursuant to section 99 of the Utilities Commission Act with the British Columbia Utilities Commission (BCUC) in accordance with Part V of the BCUC’s Rules of Practice and Procedure (Reconsideration Application);

B.       By Order G-392-22 dated December 30, 2022, the BCUC established the regulatory timetable for the review of the Reconsideration Application, which included Nelson Hydro’s response to BCUC and Intervener Information Request (IR) No. 1 on February 23, 2023;

C.       By letter dated February 10, 2023, Nelson Hydro requested a three-week extension to the IR No. 1 response deadline to March 16, 2023, due to limited staff resources and its concurrent work on the Nelson Hydro 2023 Revenue Requirement proceeding;

D.      The BCUC has considered Nelson Hydro’s extension request and finds that an amended regulatory timetable for the review of the Application is warranted.

NOW THEREFORE the BCUC amends the regulatory timetable as set out in Appendix A to this order.
