ORDER

WHEREAS:

 

A.      Pursuant to Order G-359-22, on April 28, 2023, Resort Gas Ltd. (Resort Gas) filed its 2023 Revenue Requirements Application (RRA) with the British Columbia Utilities Commission (BCUC) for approval to set the current 2023 interim delivery rates as the permanent 2023 delivery rates, effective January 1, 2023 (Application);

B.      By Order G-152-23 dated June 16, 2023, the BCUC established a regulatory timetable for the review of the Application, which included, among other items, Resort Gas filing supplemental information, one round of BCUC Information Requests (IRs) to Resort Gas, letters of comment and further process to be determined. The BCUC did not receive any letters of comment by the August 24, 2023 deadline;

C.      On August 15, 2023, Resort Gas filed its responses to BCUC IR No. 1; and

D.      The BCUC has reviewed Resort Gas’ responses to BCUC IR No. 1 and considers that a further regulatory timetable is warranted.

 

NOW THEREFORE a further regulatory timetable is established, as set out in Appendix A to this order.
