ORDER
WHEREAS:
A. By letter dated June 28, 2023, FortisBC Energy Inc. (FEI) proposed a regulatory timetable for the 2024 Annual Review of Delivery Rates;
B. By Order G-194-23, the British Columbia Utilities Commission (BCUC) established a regulatory timetable, including a deadline of Thursday, September 14, 2023, for FEI to file its responses to BCUC and interveners information request (IR) No. 1;
C. By letter dated September 12, 2023, FEI requested an extension of a maximum of one week to Thursday, September 21, 2023, to file its responses to BCUC and interveners IR No. 1 due to the one-week extensions granted by the BCUC to several interveners in filing their IR No. 1.; and
D. The BCUC has considered FEI’s extension request and determines that an amendment to the regulatory timetable is warranted.
NOW THEREFORE the BCUC amends the regulatory timetable for the FEI 2024 Annual Review of Delivery Rates as set out in Appendix A to this order.
