The BCUC writes in response to BC Hydro’s compliance filing dated December 22, 2023, regarding Directives 49 and 50 of BCUC Decision and Order G-91-23 (Compliance Filing).

 

The BCUC directs BC Hydro to include the Compliance Filing, along with a discussion on the timing of its next depreciation study, in its next revenue requirements application, so the matters can be addressed as part of the review of that application.
