ORDER

WHEREAS:

 

A.      On October 26, 2023, Kyuquot Power Limited (KPL) filed with the British Columbia Utilities Commission (BCUC) a Resource Assessment Report (Application);

B.      By Order G-7-24 dated January 12, 2024, the BCUC established a regulatory timetable which included the filing of intervener evidence by March 7, 2024;

C.      By letter dated January 19, 2024, Ka:’yu:'k't'h' / Che:k'tles7et'h' First Nations (KCFN) provided notice of KCFN’s intent to file intervener evidence;

D.      By letter dated March 5, 2024, KCFN requested an extension to the deadline for the filing of intervener evidence until March 14, 2024, and proposed modifications to the regulatory timetable outlined by Order G-7-24; and

E.       The BCUC considers establishing an amended regulatory timetable is warranted.

 

NOW THEREFORE the BCUC establishes an amended regulatory timetable as set out in Appendix A of this order.
