ORDER

WHEREAS:

 

A.      On October 26, 2023, Kyuquot Power Limited (KPL) filed with the British Columbia Utilities Commission (BCUC) a Resource Assessment Report (Application);

B.      By Order dated G-60-24 dated March 6, 2024, the BCUC established an amended regulatory timetable which included the filing of response to information requests (IRs) on the intervener evidence;

C.      By letter dated March 22, 2024, KPL submitted its proposal on whether or not to file rebuttal evidence after reviewing the Ka:’yu:’k’t’h’/Che:k’tles7et’h’ First Nations (KCFN)’s response to IRs on intervener evidence;

D.      By letter dated March 27, 2024, the BCUC responded to KPL’s proposal by requesting KPL to confirm whether it intends to file rebuttal evidence by April 24, 2024;

E.       By letter dated April 17, 2024, KCFN requested an extension to the deadline for the filing of response to IRs on the intervener evidence until April 26, 2024, and proposed modifications to the regulatory timetable outlined by Order G-60-24; and

F.       The BCUC has reviewed KCFN’s extension request and considers establishing an amended regulatory timetable is warranted.

 

NOW THEREFORE the BCUC establishes an amended regulatory timetable, as outlined in Appendix A of this order.
