ORDER

 

WHEREAS:

 

A.      On November 30, 2023, Wyse Meter Solutions Inc. (Wyse) filed an application (Application) with the British Columbia Utilities Commission (BCUC), seeking, among other things, approval of permanent rates for submetering services provided under the Utilities Commission Act;

B.       By Orders G-1-24, G-92-24, and G-140-24, dated January 4, 2024, March 27, 2024, and May 17, 2024, respectively, the BCUC established and furthered a regulatory timetable for review of the Application, which included, among other things, public notice, intervener registration, BCUC and intervener information requests, and final and reply argument;

C.       By letter dated July 19, 2024, Wyse requested an extension to the deadline to file its reply argument from
July 23, 2024 to July 26, 2024; and

D.      The BCUC considers an amendment to the regulatory timetable to be warranted.

 

NOW THEREFORE the BCUC orders that the regulatory timetable established by Order G-140-24 is amended as set out in Appendix A to this order.
