ORDER

WHEREAS:

 

A.      By email dated November 26, 2025, Mr. Gratl, counsel for K’ómoks First Nation (K’ómoks), requested access to confidential information filed in the British Columbia Hydro and Power Authority (BC Hydro) 2024 Call for Power Electricity Purchase Agreements (EPAs) proceeding (Proceeding) (Request);

B.      By Order G-280-25 dated December 1, 2025, the BCUC established a regulatory timetable for the review of the Request which included, among other things, the filing of supplemental information by K’ómoks, which was due by Thursday, December 4, 2025;

C.      By letter dated December 5, 2025, K’ómoks filed its supplemental information. K’ómoks’ counsel stated that the late submission was due to a clerical error, and proposed that the deadline for BC Hydro to respond be delayed by one day, to December 10, 2025, while keeping the deadline for K’ómoks to reply to the response as December 11, 2025; and

D.      The BCUC has reviewed K’ómoks’ submission and determines that an amendment to the regulatory timetable is warranted.

NOW THEREFORE the BCUC amends the regulatory timetable, as set out in Appendix A to this order.
