ORDER

WHEREAS:

 

A.      On October 31, 2025, British Columbia Hydro and Power Authority (BC Hydro) filed its 2025 Integrated Resource Plan (IRP) Application (Application), pursuant to section 44.1 of the Utilities Commission Act and in accordance with Order G-58-24;

B.      By Orders G-268-25 and G-299-25, the BCUC established and amended a regulatory timetable for the review of the Application, including, among other things, one round of information requests (IRs), a workshop on key issues, and final and reply arguments;

C.      By letter dated February 26, 2026, BC Hydro requested an extension to the deadline to file its workshop scope submission and responses to BCUC and Intervener IR No. 1; and

D.      The BCUC has considered the request and determines that the following determination is warranted.

NOW THEREFORE the BCUC orders that the regulatory timetable is amended as set out in Appendix A to this order.
